1. Return Eligibility
Products Eligible for Return:
- Unopened and unused herbal products and supplements (within 7 days of delivery)
- Damaged or defective products (within 7 days of delivery)
- Products received in error or incorrect items
- Clothing and lifestyle products with tags intact (within 7 days of delivery)
Products NOT Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used herbal products, supplements, or consumables (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Perishable items
- Custom or personalized products
- Astrological consultation services (once provided)
- Pooja samagri that has been opened or used
- Products without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us to initiate a return:

Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible. You will receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship the Product
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original tags
- Write the RMA number on the package
- Ship to the provided return address
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
- We will inspect the returned product upon receipt
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation of refund
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will cover return shipping costs for damaged/defective items
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If original payment method is unavailable, bank transfer or store credit
Refund Timeline:
- Processing: 7-10 business days after receiving returned product
- Bank/card refunds may take additional 5-7 business days to reflect
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
Refund Amount:
- Full product price will be refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for damaged/defective items)
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For size/item changes:
- Return the original product following our return procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Refund will be processed for the returned item
6. Astrological Consultation Refund Policy
Service-Specific Policy:
- Before Consultation: Full refund available if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled time
- Within 24 Hours: 50% refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time
- After Consultation: No refund available once service has been provided
- No-Show: No refund for missed appointments without prior notice

7. Bulk/B2B Orders
Bulk and B2B orders may have different return and refund terms. Please contact our B2B team to discuss specific terms before placing large orders.
8. Important Notes
- Keep your order confirmation and tracking information for return purposes
- We recommend using trackable shipping for returns
- We are not responsible for products lost during return shipment
- Refusal to accept delivery does not constitute a valid return
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer
